Southeast Tech adds two programs

Southeast Technical Institute is adding two new associate degree programs. A new insurance and financial services program will be offered to as many as 28 students this fall. A land surveying science technology program will be available to 24 students. The programs were approved Tuesday by the South Dakota Board of Education.
